This wreath is made with solid black PVC pine. Each of the PVC pine sprigs is wired for shaping, which makes adding ribbon and accessories a snap. The wreath is built on a metal frame. It's great for Halloween but can also produce dramatic results for Christmas and Valentine's Day projects.
